Turan Bayoğlu  (1939 Siirt  – 2011 İzmir)

Turan Bayoglu was born in 1939 in Siirt. He graduated from  Ankara Chemistry and Art College. In 1954, he started to work in Turkish Petroleum Batman Refinery. He was promoted to Izmir Refinery in 1970 and he provided service to Tupras A.S. as shift boss  until he retired.

He established Indeks A.S. as a family company in 1996. Mrs. Nejla Bayoglu is his wife, Mr. Mahmut Can Bayoglu is his son, Ms. Evren Bayoglu is his daughter and Mr. Cem Bayoglu is his youngest son.

The rules which is put by Mr. Turan Bayoglu and his love and tolerance against the people, has a vital importance in his commercial success which is started in a room of 20m2 and  come to these days.

Mr. Turan Bayoglu has died on 24.02.2011 in Izmir as a result of his relentless disease.

Today, Indeks A.S. and family  will continue to life way which opened by Mr. Turan Bayoglu by protecting its own principles and values without forgetting him and his pain.
